Welcome to our course on Python and AI: Build Algorithms! In this course, we will explore the intersection of two of the most exciting fields in computer science: Python programming and artificial intelligence. Throughout this course, we will cover essential topics such as NumPy arrays, Pandas data frames, Matplotlib, and feature engineering. These skills are critical to building effective AI algorithms, and they form the foundation of modern data science workflows.

We will start with a recap of Python and AI. From there, we will dive into NumPy arrays and learn how to use them for efficient numerical computation. We will also cover the Pandas data frame, a powerful tool for working with structured data. Next, we will explore Matplotlib, a Python library for creating high-quality visualizations. We will learn how to use Matplotlib to create custom plots and charts that will help us gain insight into our data. Once we have a solid foundation with these essential tools, we will turn our attention to feature engineering.

This involves transforming raw data into features that can be used to train machine learning models effectively. We will explore techniques such as one-hot encoding, and normalization. Finally, we will put everything we've learned into practice by working on a custom project. This project will allow us to apply our skills to a real-world problem, and we will have the opportunity to showcase our knowledge by building a complete AI algorithm.

By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of Python programming, NumPy arrays, Pandas data frames, Matplotlib, and feature engineering.
